We are pleased to announce that we have now been given permission by Presbytery and the Linkage Commission to invite applications for the full-time position of Mission Development Worker.  This is for a fixed term of three years at 37.5 hours per week including weekends and evenings.  This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who will be responsible for inspiring, developing and supporting outreach within our congregation to its community. We are also thankful that a percentage of this post is going to be supported by the General Purposes Panel of the Council of Mission in Ireland (CMI) with a decreasing grant of £14,000 in Year 1, £13,000 in Year 2 and £12,000 in Year 3 awarded.  You will see an advertisement for this post on our Facebook page and our website.

WALK & TALK – WEDNESDAY 13th May

A walk along the riverside with coffee at Tim Hortons. We plan to meet each Wednesday evening at Somerset Riverside Car Park, Castleroe and walk as a group to Christie Park Car park and back. After the walk, we would go to Tim Hortons for coffee. If you would like to join us, we would ask you to meet at the car park around 7 pm so that we can start at     7:15 pm sharp. We would aim to be at Tim Hortons around 8:30 pm. If you can't do both the walk and the coffee that's fine, you can still join us for one or the other.

We aim to run this every Wednesday evening until the end of August. Everyone is very welcome - Come along and join us for a leisurely walk, and a coffee and chat afterwards.


Christian Aid Week 10th - 16th May 2026

Meet us on Wednesday 13thMay/or 27thMay at 7 pm for 7.15 pm start at Somerset Riverside Park to walk to Christie Park Car park and back in support of Christian Aid Week. Donations can be given digitally or by envelope.
